Accommodation in the Bushman's Cottage
Sleeps 2 (minimum) - 4 people.

** There is a beautiful little cottage with 2 rooms, one with either a double bed or 2 single beds, and the other with two sleeper couches in a cosy lounge! All bedding is included, bring your own towels and soap.
** There is no electricity, but there are 3 lanterns for light.
** There is an outside flush toilet.
** There is an outside hot-water shower.
** There is an outside "chilling" area around a camp fire.
** Remember that unguided hiking is free with the overnights.

Accommodation in the Mountain Camp
Sleeps 1 - 4 people.
@ R880 per night for the entire camp!! (this camp can only be utilised as a whole. In other words, there is no seperate per person rate)
** There are 2 cabins with 2 beds in each...bring your own bedding, wood etc, no electricity.
** There is an outside Loo-with-a-view (flush toilet).
** There is an outside tin bath for which you need to boil the water on an outside fire!
** The camp is in the mountains, situated about 1 km away from the lodge, with a beautiful path between the two areas....you walk down to the lodge for breakfast.
** Whilst breakfast is included, other meals are avaliable in Megan's restaurant at very affordable prices.
** Up-grade this overnight by adding a Lion Tour at only R380 p/p.
This package can be up-graded to include bedding, wood and lamps @ R1500 for the entire camp.
N.B. South African get a 10% discount on overnights in the African Lodge.
South African get a 15% discount on this price, therefore they pay R380 p/p.
The tour starts with a free cup of coffee and then a lecture on the behaviour of lions. This is followed by a walk to the dam with the bigger lions, or any other rehab animals. Back at the lodge there is then a snake demonstration, followed by interaction with the babies. This is followed by a delicious meal in the restaurant.
No discount for kids.
Lunch Menu:
Delicious lunches are available at reasonable prices in the family restaurant. Cash bar avaliable.
Evening Meal / Barbeque: (South African Braai):
Scrumptious evening meal @ R180 p/p with ostrich fillet, or T-bone steaks served with lovely salads vegetables and pudding. Cash bar avaliable.
Transfers:
Transfers to and from the airport @ R400 p/p one way (10% discount for 3 or more people).
Remember that we are closed on Mondays.
Payment Methods:
Unfortunately we cannot accept credit cards at this stage. Even although we do accept Euros, Dollars and Sterling Pounds, we do prefer Rands, as we cannot give a favourable exchange rate. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Bookings are confirmed with a deposit into the bank account of around 50%. The balance is due on arrival at the reception when the indemnitiy forms are signed. The balance for overnights is due 7 days before arrival.
